Appointment Policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment, to ensure that you receive all the time you have reserved. If you are new to our spa, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you will have time to fill out our new client history form. This helps us to know how to fulfill your needs. It also allows us to be able to extend to you certain discounts or promotional offers.
Cancellation Policy: Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Please remember, this time has been reserved exclusively for you at your request. Unfortunately, it will be necessary for us to charge the full amount of the services reserved by you if you do not keep your appointment. However, you will have a one-time opportunity to reschedule without paying for the services.
